Celebrating The Life Of Lilly Pulitzer (Rousseau)

One of my favorite stores that I adore and love to pull from is Melly at the Galleria. As a Lilly Pulitzer® Via Shop, they’re in my thoughts today as we celebrate the life of a truly inspiring woman.

1931-2013 | The dubbed “Queen of Prep”, she brought prints to the shift dress and never looked back. Never one to break a rule, she designed from what inspired her (and in turn, inspired other women in their fashion). No other designer can say they dressed Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis, Caroline Kennedy, and members of the Rockefeller, Vanderbilt and Whitney families.

In the words of the lady herself, “Life is a party: dress like it!”
